WSU King County Extension can provide CHANGE schools with guidance for field trips to local farms. Children, many of whom have never visited a farm, have the opportunity to see where their food is grown, talk to the farmers and learn valuable lessons about nutrition, fresh fruits and vegetables, and caring for the environment.
