The King County Extension office strives to be a fragrance and odor-free work environment.
It is encouraged that perfumes, colognes, aftershaves, and lotions with a scent or fragrance not be used. Fragrances can cause unfortunate reactions for individuals who have allergies, migraines, respiratory impairments (breathing problems, asthma, allergies), or other medical conditions triggered by fragrances.

2009 Special Office Closure
As part of addressing the King County budget crisis, King County has declared 10 furlough days in which all non-essential personnel will not work and locations & offices will be closed.
The King County Extension office and phone lines will be closed to the public on these days; county personnel will not be working, but WSU employees will be.

Take Exit 4 (WA - 900 W) and merge onto Sunset Blvd.
