Here are some ways you can help:
• Web development – help improve our website by providing suggestions and ideas
• Graphic design - create a logo and the look of our informational material
• Representation – be a representative for the AFPC at community events
• Community outreach - create and distribute surveys to communities to gage interest and issues on food policy
• Media informant – inform the council on news items both locally and nationally related to food policy
• Letter and article writers – inform local and national media of the need for local food policy
• Volunteer activists – help the Acting Food Policy council inform our government of the need for a food policy agenda
• Research – provide assistance to Committees in writing Op/Ed pieces for local media and other informational media
