CONGRATULATIONS to CINDY BORLAND
2007 King County 4-H VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR!

Cindy has distinguished herself in 4-H by serving as Leader of Adventures 4-H Club and President of King County 4-H Horse Program. She has been a voting delegate at State Forum and represented the Horse Program actively at Association meetings. Cindy is known as an excellent peer and 4-H member role model. We are proud to honor Cindy at the 4-H Leader Forum in Tri Cities this year. Thank you for all you do to make 4-H a positive learning experience for youth.
